The bed was very comfy. the room was not only luxurious but also new-fashioned. the staff provided outstanding service and helped us with dinner reservations. the vibe here was exclusive. Its location just a short stroll away from a local history museum was unbeatable.

Double room was luxurious and fabulous had down pillows.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mercer in Seville for a few days and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a special mention to Sergio, the best waiter ever. The staff, including Carmen at the front desk and Aroa, the barwoman, were all incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a highlight being the luxurious bathroom. The atmosphere in the hotel was fantastic, with happy and attentive staff who really made the stay memorable.

Spent our Easter holiday in a boutique hotel in Seville. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast offered was delicious, especially the homemade pastries and the lovely coffee. The staff were very kind and welcoming, they made us feel at home. the room was spacious and elegant, with modern designs and amenities that we appreciated.

We didn't have a clear view of the beautiful city, which was a major bummer for us since we were looking forward to enjoying the festive atmosphere of the city during Easter. We also thought the price was quite expensive considering the drawbacks that we experienced and the fact that some important amenities were missing from the room.

We loved everything about this hotel; from the tasteful decor to the outstanding service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the tranquil pool area. We enjoyed walking to the city center and visiting the many historic sites and cathedrals. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was professional and helpful.
